29th Edition of Parampara Series (The National Festival of Dance & Music) will showcase the rich fare of impulse performances in New Delhi
Parampara Series 2025 running from 08th – 10th October, 2025 at Kamani Auditorium will display creative presentations from renowned artists and torchbearers of their respective traditions.
With the extensive lineup of legendary artists and young icons, this three-day cultural extravaganza will exhibit a grand display of classical Indian dance and music. From enticing Kuchipudi performance by Raja Radha Reddy Repertory to Hindustani Vocals by Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar, from Jugalbandi by Satish Kumar Patri (Mridangam) & Satyajit Talwalkar (Tabla) to precision performance in Odissi by Rahul Acharya and from soulful Violin Duet by Ganesh & Kumaresh and graceful Bharatanatyam by Shijit & Parvati, Parampara Series 2025 will enlighten the stage with a great visual spectacle.

- Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar — Hindustani Vocal. A consummate khayal vocalist celebrated for his command over multiple gharanas and his deeply expressive renditions, Pt. Kashalkar brings a repertoire that balances scholarly rigor with soulful improvisation.
- Raja Radha Reddy Troupe — Kuchipudi. The Raja Radha Reddy Troupe presents a finely staged Kuchipudi production, blending classical technique with evocative storytelling in the tradition of Natya Tarangini.

- Satish Kumar Patri (Mridangam) & Satyajit Talwalkar (Tabla) — Jugalbandi. Two master percussionists join in a rare jugalbandi that explores rhythmic dialogue across South and North Indian traditions, promising virtuosic interplay and compelling rhythmic conversation.
- Rahul Acharya — Odissi Dance. Rahul Acharya offers an Odissi presentation marked by lyrical abhinaya and sculptural geometry, unfolding myth and mood through classical choreography.

- Ganesh & Kumaresh — Violin Duet. The celebrated violin duo Grammy Award winner returns with their signature blend of melody and technical brilliance.
- Shijith Nambiar and Parvathy Menon — Bharatanatyam. Shijith & Parvathy present a Bharatanatyam recital that combines disciplined footwork with expressive storytelling, exemplifying the living tradition of Indian classical dance.
Over the years, the Parampara Series has hosted legendary maestros and acclaimed international troupes, including The Moscow Classical Ballet, Paul Taylor Dance Company, flamenco dancer Jose Porcel, whirling dervishes, Pt. Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Kishori Amonkar, Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Dr. M. Balamurali Krishna, Begum Parveen Sultana, Vyjayanthimala Bali, Kelucharan Mohapatra, Hariharan, Alarmel Valli, Pt. Birju Maharaj, Astad Deboo, among many others. The festival stands as a celebration of tradition infused with a cosmopolitan worldview.
This year, Natya Tarangini proudly presents the 29th Edition of Parampara Series, continuing its unbroken tradition of authentic and innovative concerts.
