Mumbai: Comorin is a relaxed all-day restaurant and bar, offering creative regional Indian cuisine and an innovative beverage program, it’s set to open in Mumbai on 27th May 2025 at Nilaya Anthology.
Comorin brings with it not just a menu, but a philosophy: one that celebrates India’s vast regional and street food diversity with a reimagined lens. It has earned a reputation for serving elevated comfort food, by offering dishes that are both rooted and redefined. This ability to interpret traditional dishes in ways that feel both nostalgic and new has made Comorin one of the most respected restaurants and bars in the country.
Comorin brings to Mumbai an authentic food experience, drawing inspiration from all corners of the country, with a curated menu that balances comfort with curiosity.
By embracing regional Indian cuisine in a globally relevant format, Comorin succeeds in being both city-specific and universally appealing. Whether in Delhi NCR or Mumbai, it adapts not by changing its soul, but by tuning into the city’s rhythm. In doing so, Comorin continues to prove that good food can truly transcend geographies.
