Nov,17 : The ITM BBA iConnect program has successfully concluded an eventful and enriching quarter, distinguished by a dynamic mix of academic innovation, industry engagement, and cultural growth. This period reaffirmed ITM’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded professionals equipped with both technical competence and human-centered values essential for future business leadership.

The quarter commenced with an impactful personal branding workshop titled “Elevate Your Brand” conducted by freelance trainer and Life Coach Ms. Lekhha Harish on September 17, 2025. The session enhanced students’ communication, confidence, and self-presentation skills, essential for personal and professional success. Integrating India’s rich cultural wisdom into modern education, the institute launched the Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Foundation Learning Series. The first session on Indian Architecture by Mr. Kedarnath Rao, held on September 23, 2025, familiarized students with traditional design philosophies and cultural aesthetics. Continuing the series, on November 10, 2025, Ms. Rituu Bhatia, a renowned Holistic Wellness Coach, conducted an enlightening session on Indian Healing Systems, introducing students to holistic health, wellness, and mind management.
To deepen industry understanding, students visited the AMUL Plant in Vasai under the guidance of HR Head, Mr. Dheeraj Chouhan, gaining practical insights into cooperative models and supply chain operations. Reinforcing techno-managerial learning, a session on AI for Business Management was delivered by Mr. Ankur Saxena, Director – Data Governance, IKS Pvt. Ltd., highlighting AI adoption in modern businesses. On November 8, 2025, Mr. Biren Parekh, Director – CRISIL, conducted an interactive session on Financial Wellness and Indian Financial Markets, emphasizing wealth creation and financial discipline.

Further, BBA VI Term students actively prepared for internship placements through AI and interview training sessions. Leading recruiters, including Athena Group, Cralgo, Vegamox Technologies, ConceptGigs, and several others, engaged with ITM’s talent pool, demonstrating strong industry confidence.
