10th June 2024- Prime Video has unveiled the release date for the highly anticipated third season of ‘Mirzapur’, but with a twist. The streaming platform released a caricature featuring the show’s lead characters and hinted that the release date is hidden within the image. This sparked a guessing game among fans, with many speculating that the release date could be July 7 or August 7.
On March 19, Prime Video introduced ‘Mirzapur 3’ with a first-look event attended by the stellar star cast, including Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, and Shweta Tripathi. ‘Mirzapur’, which first premiered in 2018, quickly became one of the most acclaimed gangster dramas, followed by a successful second season in October 2020.
The series revolves around Kaleen Bhaiya, the King of Mirzapur, played by Pankaj Tripathi, his son Munna Bhaiya, and the Pandit brothers, Guddu and Bablu. While fans eagerly await the new season, some familiar faces may not return, adding to the suspense and excitement surrounding ‘Mirzapur 3’.
