Delhi The Creative Capital: Ready to Host more than 30 Global Live Events in the Next 80 Days

India ,17th october 2025: Delhi is set to shine as India’s Creative Capital Today, 16 October 2025, a press conference was held announcing that over the next 80 days, the city will host more than 30 major international and Indian cultural events, showcasing world-class talent and celebrating the city’s vibrant creative spirit.

This ambitious initiative is the result of a strategic collaboration between the Delhi Government, the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA), and the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI).

The upcoming events will feature renowned artists, including Travis Scott, Krishan Dasn, Zakir Khan, Papuan, AP Dhillon, Armaan Malik, Jonita Gandhi, Radhika Das, and more. These performances are designed to infuse Delhi with diversity, energy, and global resonance, reflecting the vision of ‘Modi-Ji ka Vision’ and the commitment of ‘Dilli Sarkar ka Sankalp.’

 CM Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta Ji, said: “Delhi is now fully ready with world-class infrastructure, safety measures and logistical support to host these events seamlessly. Our government is committed to providing every possible support for organizers, artists and visitors”. She further added: “With Modi Ji’s vision, Delhi is confidently moving from restrictions to opportunities and from obstacles to success, supported by the price reduction of venues with the help of Hon. Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya Ji.”

Shri Kapil Mishra, Hon. Minister of Tourism, Art & Culture, emphasized: “As Delhi’s Tourism & Culture Minister, my mission is to bring world-class events to the city and firmly establish Delhi as a global creative capital. My unwavering support will always be with the entire Event Industry, EEMA & PHDCCI, ensuring that Delhi truly shines on the international event map.”

Rajeev Jain, Chair of the PHDCCI Entertainment Committee and founding member of EEMA, expressed gratitude to the Delhi government and policymakers:

“We are at a pivotal moment as Delhi unlocks its full potential as a platform for the global entertainment economy. With the combined vision and backing of government and industry, Delhi is poised to become the epicentre of India’s cultural and event-driven future.”

This cultural agenda is part of a broader vision to transform Delhi into a hub for live entertainment, tourism and the creative economy. Leading agencies supporting this initiative include BookMyShow, District by Zomato, Eva Live, Rashi Entertainment, Percept Live, and Innovation, among others.
