Barbeque Nation one of India’s leading casual dining chains, is delighted to announce the launch of its Royal Rajasthani Festival, running from 16th October to 10th November 2024 nationwide. This special festival promises a royal gastronomic journey through the heart of Rajasthan, bringing its rich culinary heritage to your plate.

Guests can immerse themselves in the regal flavors of Rajasthan, carefully curated by the culinary experts at Barbeque Nation. The menu highlights a delightful range of traditional Rajasthani dishes that capture the essence of the state’s bold and aromatic cuisine.

The specially curated menu for the festival features a variety of traditional dishes that highlight the bold and unique tastes of the region.To start, guests can enjoy a refreshing Boondi Chaas, a quintessential Rajasthani beverage. For appetizers, there’s the Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada and Shahi Dahi Vada, paired with flavorful dips and chutneys like Lehsun ki Chutney, Red Chilli Pickle, and Sirkewali Pyaz. Adding to the regional experience is a delightful Kala Chana Chaat.

Non-vegetarian lovers can relish the Shekhawati Chicken Seekh Kebab, a flavorful starter that captures the essence of Rajasthani spices. For the main course, the iconic Lal Maas, a spicy mutton dish that is a must-try for non-vegetarians, will surely be the highlight.
