Noida, June 22: Bringing together the spirit of health, mindfulness, and family bonding, Spectrum@Metro, Sector 75, Noida, successfully hosted a special celebration of International Yoga Day and Father’s Day at its premises in association with Anand Kunj Rajyoga Meditation Centre. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from visitors and families who came together to embrace wellness, positivity, and meaningful experiences.
Held from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, the celebration featured a diverse line-up of activities including guided yoga sessions, dancing yoga and Zumba, Pranayam, Yoga Nidra, and Rajyog meditation sessions aimed at encouraging physical and mental well-being. Adding to the experience, attendees also benefited from complimentary health check-ups conducted by Medanta experts, while fathers and families participated in specially curated engagement activities. Free T-shirts and healthy refreshments further enhanced the morning, creating an atmosphere of celebration and community participation.
